Job Summary
Lead and supervise on-site mechanical installations across active projects, with a strong focus on HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning, and building management controls. Manage direct labour and mechanical subcontractors, oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, enforce strict health and safety standards, conduct quality inspections, monitor progress, and coordinate with project management. Role requires leadership of multi-discipline site teams, effective communication with clients and trades, and readiness to travel to Bicester, London, and Maidenhead to support site operations.
Required Qualifications
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- CSCS Gold or Black Supervisor Card
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heating & Ventilation, Pipefitting, or Plumbing
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to designated sites across Bicester, London, and Maidenhead
