Mechanical Supervisor

Manage mechanical systems, site safety, and QA files while overseeing all project costs, including subcontractors, materials, and variations. Direct daily site operations, track subcontractor progress through weekly meetings, and maintain the "In Progress" snagging system by distributing punch lists and issuing labor hours. Attend site, engineering, and planning meetings to coordinate activities, then close out project items such as final accounts, O&M manuals, and punch lists with the project team. Issue weekly internal and external progress reports, cost reports, and schedule material deliveries to align with the project timeline. Maintain a weekly photographic diary and ensure all policies are followed. Based in Belgium with rotation available.
