Mechanical Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems in data centre facilities. Manage mechanical project execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Conduct regular QA/QC inspections and maintain documentation such as progress reports and compliance logs. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Lead safety programs and enforce safety protocols; supervise site personnel and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Leverage BIM/Revit and project-management software to support design, coordination, and performance tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in data centre projects
- Professional certification in mechanical engineering
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management and mechanical engineering software
