Job Summary
Lead and oversee field project teams as Mechanical Superintendent for Power Design. Responsible for directing production, planning, and coordination with customers, inspectors, and other trades to ensure on-time delivery and high quality while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction. Manage material and personnel to meet schedule, train and evaluate crew members, and resolve conflicts at the site through collaboration with the general contractor and trades. Requires OSHA 30 preferred, an active mechanical (HVAC) or plumbing license, deep knowledge of the National Building Code and local codes, and strong English communication and writing skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar construction projects and lead teams to deliver safe, high-quality installations in accordance with Power Design standards.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license
- Experience: field supervisor with at least 10 years managing crews and multimillion-dollar construction projects
- Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code and local codes
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, writing in English
- Basic computer and writing skills
- Ability to adhere to quality, safety, and company standards
