Job Summary
The Mechanical Superintendent at Power Design is a leadership role focused on guiding the project team to achieve timely project completion with exceptional quality and safety. Responsibilities include managing and training field project teams, planning and directing production of work, fostering relationships with customers and trade professionals, and ensuring compliance with quality and mechanical codes. The role requires an active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license, substantial experience in multifaceted construction projects, and basic computer and writing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license
- Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Skilled field supervisor with at least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multimillion dollar construction projects
- Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes and construction safety requirements
- Basic computer and writing skills
