Job Summary
The Site Installation Supervisor leads on-site electrical and general installation activities for BEUMER system projects, coordinating contractors and workers to ensure safe, high-quality installation of conveyors, integrated systems, and third-party equipment. Based out of GRR (Grand Rapids, MI) or SFO (San Francisco, CA) with travel to other domestic and international airport sites, up to 90% of the time after initial project setup. Responsibilities include day-to-day management of installation, adherence to project scope and contracts, documenting contractor activities, preparing reports, coordinating with the project manager, liaising with customers, following change management processes, ensuring site safety and cleanliness, reviewing drawings, and supporting startup and commissioning. Requires leadership, safety compliance, ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Compensation range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually, plus benefits; full-time, benefits-eligible position with opportunities for travel to multiple site locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- OSHA 30 Certification
- First Aid / CPR Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to interpret construction and electrical drawings
- Ability to interpret electrical line diagrams
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
