Job Summary
Mechanical Shift Engineer responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of large mechanical systems in a high-rise building. Duties include executing planned and reactive maintenance per CAFM/Concept MRI Pro, updating PPM tasks, ensuring workmanship standards for reliability, coordinating with specialist subcontractors, maintaining QA/site procedures, keeping accurate site records, and supporting the contract with a proactive, service-oriented approach. Requires experience in a maintenance environment, an apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications, knowledge of toolbox talks and safety procedures, ability to work at heights, manual tasks, and strong communication. On-site role located in London, UK with day shift rotation; opportunity to develop Mechanical AP training and collaborate within a team to deliver operational excellence to the client.
