Mechanical Senior Project Manager

Execute contracted work profitably while confirming detailed measurements, forecasting, and reporting project financials. Lead and develop Project Managers to oversee group profitability through operational excellence, implementing safety programs and collaborating with VDC departments on fabrication and lean construction methods. Manage project procurement for major subcontracts and equipment, ensure proper staffing capacity within budgeted overhead, and interface with leadership to align contractual obligations with operational results. Maximize margins and quality through cross-functional collaboration and continual improvement procedures.
