Job Summary
Establish design criteria and develop system designs from concept plans by interpreting basis of design documents, user information, field surveys, and code research. Apply proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD to deliver HVAC designs while adhering to applicable design codes and specification requirements. Prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively with users, project partners, and teams to ensure client outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in HVAC or Architectural Design or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC design
- Proficiency with Revit
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Understanding of applicable design codes
- Understanding of specification requirements
