Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to equipment failures to identify root causes, and complete work orders and maintenance records accurately. Assist with installations, upgrades, and modifications while monitoring performance to recommend improvements. Follow all safety policies, maintain quality standards, and work with production and management to support plant goals. Requires high school diploma, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to lift 100 pounds. Weekly pay of $20/hour with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
