Mechanical QA/QC

Job Summary
Quality Control inspection and documentation of mechanical systems within a cleanroom environment. Perform initial, follow-up, and final system walk-downs, enforce codes and standards for HVAC, plumbing, PVC, and PVDF, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, manage QA documentation, and conduct final QA inspections while reviewing hardware/configuration per design documents. Represent the QA program in meetings, ensure OAT/FAT process alignment, and provide technical verification during project execution. Strong focus on adaptability, punctuality, teamwork, and communication to support project quality objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in QA/QC inspection and documentation for mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret design documents and technical specifications
- Familiarity with industry standards for mechanical systems inspection (HVAC, plumbing, PVC, PVDF)
- Experience coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to perform final QA inspections and verification of installations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate in a cleanroom environment
- Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements
