Job Summary
Manage engineering requirements by liaising with key project stakeholders, including client design teams, main contractors, and suppliers. Transform design information into installation drawings using BIM personnel while ensuring spec compliance and schedule priority. Coordinate material and equipment procurement through Engineering Materials Reports and track delivery to site. Verify proper processes via site audits and ensure works align with project QA plans and legal regulatory requirements. Prepare subcontract tender packages, manage work packs from development to handover, and generate isometrics. Provide technical support to the construction team, write reports for directors, and coordinate meetings to ensure designs meet project specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years' experience working with a recognized Mechanical/ contractor in process mechanical / pipework
- Excellent organizational and project planning skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in use of Navisworks and Database systems related to Engineering functions
- Experience with Project/Primavera planning software and CAD/BIM process
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise
