Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining an active jobsite presence to support field teams. Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal departments to oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchasing, and billing. Monitor project costs, labor performance, risks, and projected margins to ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and customer expectations. Lead project kickoff, progress, and closeout activities for commercial HVAC service, retrofit, equipment replacement, and construction projects from turnover through completion. This full-time position divides time between the office, customer locations, and active jobsites.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on technical trade experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel regularly to jobsites
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of mechanical project management, field supervision, trade leadership, or related experience
- Commercial HVAC experience
- Ability to read plans, specifications, scopes, and equipment documentation
- Working knowledge of scheduling, job costing, procurement, and change management
- Strong customer communication, organization, and field problem-solving skills
- Experience with COINS, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar systems
