Job Summary
Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts while overseeing subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration. Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, identifying risks and mitigating change orders. Ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate with field teams to resolve jobsite challenges. Requires 5+ years of mechanical construction experience with strong leadership skills; offers competitive base compensation, performance bonuses, and a vehicle allowance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction
- Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with project financials, budgeting, and cost control
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office tools
