Job Summary
Manage project teams including field Foremen, ensuring productivity and enforcing work rules. Create, monitor, and update project schedules and cost breakdowns. Price, negotiate, and process change orders while maintaining a detailed log. Coordinate tools and equipment availability and manage all subcontractors. Ensure job site safety and perform project estimations. Requires high school diploma, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Bluebeam. Preferred trade knowledge includes commercial/industrial HVAC, plumbing, and piping. Full-time role in Altavista, VA with competitive benefits including stock ownership and profit-sharing.

- Microsoft Dynamics experience
- Bluebeam experience
- Strong commercial/industrial HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping trade knowledge
