Job Summary
Manage project team work including field Foremen, overseeing productivity and enforcing work rules. Create, monitor, and update project schedules and cost breakdowns while pricing, negotiating, and processing change orders. Coordinate tools and equipment, manage all subcontractors, and ensure job site safety. Estimate projects and perform other duties as requested. Requires high school diploma, strong leadership and communication skills, time/resource management, and trade knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, or piping. Microsoft Dynamics and Bluebeam experience preferred.

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft products
- Ability to climb and work in tight areas
- Microsoft Dynamics experience
- Bluebeam experience
- Strong commercial/industrial HVAC, plumbing, and/or piping trade knowledge
