Job Summary
Oversee mechanical construction projects to ensure safe, on-time, and budget-compliant completion across healthcare, life sciences, commercial, and industrial markets. Manage field labor productivity, quality control, and project coordination while procuring materials and equipment. Administer change orders, maintain client relationships, and control project financial performance, forecasts, and cash flow. Direct team operations and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Requires 3–7 years of construction experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Vista-Viewpoint. Located in Irwindale, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of construction-related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint)
- Bluebeam Revu (PDF editing)
- Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting Software)
- Quotesoft Estimating Software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Proficiency in basic business mathematical functions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Organizational skills for handling and archiving technical documentation
- Adherence to all operating policies, procedures, plans, and programs
