Job Summary
Mechnical Project Manager in Dallas, TX to lead MEP design efforts for Education and Healthcare facilities, coordinating across architectural, structural, civil disciplines to deliver high-quality construction documents; develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from schematic design through construction administration; apply BIM coordination in Revit, stay current with codes and industry innovations, and manage multi-project workloads with strong client and cross-discipline collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5-10+ years of professional MEP design experience in an engineering firm
- Experience with Education or Healthcare projects strongly preferred
- Revit experience — experience coordinating MEP models within a multidiscipline BIM environment preferred
- Working knowledge of building codes, energy codes, and MEP-related standards including IMC, IPC, NEC, NFPA
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Newforma a plus
