Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager to lead installation of HVAC and Plumbing systems for commercial, retail, and residential facilities in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities include assessing project issues, preparing initial assessment reports and budgets, collaborating with engineering to develop project scopes, negotiating and preparing vendor/subcontractor purchase orders, overseeing scheduling and coordination between contractors and clients, and conducting site visits and documentation to monitor construction for code compliance, budget, and on-time delivery. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, at least 4 years of PM experience in commercial HVAC/Plumbing, and ability to travel up to 50%. FE certification or PE license is a plus. Must Haves emphasize cross-functional coordination and vendor management to ensure successful project delivery.
