Job Summary
Lead internal mechanical and HVAC engineering for modular cleanrooms and shielding systems, owning the design process from concept to P.E.-stamped construction documents with direct report to the President. Drive technical leadership across BIM, SolidWorks components, and regulatory compliance, performing engineering calculations (heat load, psychrometrics, fluid dynamics) and ensuring ISO cleanroom and radiation attenuation standards are met. Create Revit models for architectural/MEP integration, supervise QC at fabrication/facility sites, and serve as the technical point of contact with external partners, coordinating RFIs and submittals. Requires active P.E. license, 8+ years of design-build experience, and senior-level expertise in HVAC for controlled environments, with strong modeling skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
Required Qualifications
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in design-build construction
- Expert-level HVAC knowledge for controlled environments
- Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD for BIM
- SolidWorks proficiency for component-level modeling and analysis
