Job Summary
Mechanical Project Engineer (On-Site) responsible for performing engineering calculations, layout and design of mechanical systems in accordance with established policies, standards, and codes; exercises independent judgment; may supervise subordinate personnel; requires PE licensure, 8+ years of experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. The role involves client-facing design leadership, collaboration with Project Manager and Project Engineer on scope, schedule and budget, preparing construction documents, leading design reviews, mentoring designers, and ensuring quality and compliance across projects. Relocation is available and remote/hybrid work options are offered; position based in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
- minimum 8 years of work experience
- licensed engineer (PE)
