Job Summary
Coordinate institutional and industrial construction projects by planning schedules, monitoring progress, and managing trade and subcontractor relationships. Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project objectives align with company policies and contract specifications while preparing progress reports for clients. Maintain document control, purchase supplies, and ensure site operations meet health, safety, and environmental standards. Build and sustain customer and supplier/vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- A College Diploma in Construction or Mechanical Engineering Technology or a University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Project and Outlook
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to establish a strong working relationship with co-workers, vendors and clients
