Job Summary
Coordinate NPI/APA/PCR projects by providing industrialization support, performing DFA and DFC analyses, and driving implementation of production technology findings. Lead cross-functional teams from sketch to scale by defining mechanical production processes, reviewing design documents, and providing DFM/A consultation to designers. Support mass production through root cause analysis of quality failures and technical solutions for process issues. Review design rules and ensure all production documents are ready for test runs.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or above in areas of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, etc.
- Profound knowledge and skills on Mech. related production and practice of Power Modules as per process, productivity, Industrial Engineering or Lean Production
- Be able to play a leader role in a team, showing promising characters of leadership, creativeness, and persuading ability
- Independent self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind
- Good communication skill and project management skill
- Fluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing
Desired Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of FPM products and processes is preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
- Several years working experience as Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer or Mechanical Engineer in electronics manufacturing is preferred
