Mechanical Press Operator

Job Summary
Operate stamping presses and related production equipment to produce quality parts safely and efficiently. Perform quality inspections using gauges, calipers, and measuring tools; complete production and quality documentation; assist with coil changes and press setups as needed; monitor equipment for proper operation and maintain a clean, safe work area. Training available for stamping press operations; manufacturing-experience preferred. Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions, possess basic math/measurement skills, and work both independently and as part of a team with reliable attendance. Shift is Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm (overtime possible). Location: Mishawaka, IN. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges is helpful
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
