Job Summary
Manage commercial plumbing and mechanical construction projects from turnover through closeout, coordinating startup, scheduling, procurement, material releases, and execution. Oversee budgets, forecasting, change orders, and billing while serving as the primary contact for owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. Support field superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, and develop scalable project management procedures and workflows. Participate in planning meetings to identify execution improvements, manage submittals and RFIs, and travel locally throughout the San Antonio market as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or piping construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, and construction documentation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and computer proficiency
- Comfortable working in both the office and the field
- Process-driven mindset with the ability to improve systems and workflows
- Travel locally throughout the San Antonio market as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with government, military, institutional, healthcare, or commercial projects
- Previous field experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Journeyman
