Job Summary
Lead mechanical and hydronic piping field operations on healthcare/clinic construction projects; coordinate subcontractors and field crews; manage installation activities, materials, and project execution; resolve field issues and ensure safety, progress, and adherence to schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Piping Superintendent or Foreman on military, government, healthcare, or large commercial projects with budgets of 5+ million
- 4+ years of trade experience as a journey-level mechanical pipefitter
- Experience with hydronic piping systems, boilers, chillers, and underground utilities
- OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and EM-385 (or ability to obtain)
- Previous work in active hospital environment or healthcare construction settings is highly preferred

- Evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at time of hire
- drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable)
