Job Summary
Lead mechanical and hydronic piping field operations on a healthcare construction project; coordinate subcontractors and field crews; manage installation activities, materials, and project execution; resolve field issues and ensure projects progress safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Requires 4+ years as a piping superintendent or foreman, experience with hydronic piping systems, boilers, chillers, and underground utilities; OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and EM-385 (or ability to obtain); prior work in active hospital/healthcare construction is highly preferred. Compensation includes salary range $120,000–$160,000, company housing and vehicle, relocation or extended stay in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and a suite of benefits; candidate must provide identity/work authorization and pass drug and DoD background checks as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Piping Superintendent or Foreman on military, government, healthcare, or large commercial projects with budgets of 5+ million
- 4+ years of trade experience as a journey-level mechanical pipefitter
- Experience with hydronic piping systems, boilers, chillers, and underground utilities
- OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and EM-385 (or ability to obtain)
- Previous work in active hospital environment or healthcare construction settings is highly preferred.
