Job Summary
Lead mechanical and hydronic piping field operations on healthcare construction projects; coordinate subcontractors and field crews; manage installation activities, materials, and project execution; resolve field issues and ensure projects progress safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Requires 4+ years of Piping Superintendent/Foreman experience on large projects, with hydronic systems, boilers, and chillers; OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and EM-385 or ability to obtain. Hospital/healthcare construction experience preferred; relocation or extended stay to Cuba required; position may mobilize from stateside before deployment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Piping Superintendent or Foreman on military, government, healthcare, or large commercial projects with budgets of 5+ million
- 4+ years of trade experience as a journey-level mechanical pipefitter
- Experience with hydronic piping systems, boilers, chillers, and underground utilities
- OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and EM-385 (or ability to obtain)
