Job Summary
Oversee mechanical and plumbing projects by leading project teams, developing plans and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical piping and plumbing projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems design and installation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of mechanical piping systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
