Job Summary
Manage client and stakeholder communication, prepare method statements and risk assessments for mechanical construction activities, and coordinate pipework installations to meet programme milestones. Monitor the four-week look-ahead programme, assist in documenting scope changes and monthly valuations, and compile all O&M and BCAR documentation. Ensure as-built information accurately reflects on-site construction while maintaining alignment with project, quality, and safety requirements. This site-based role supports complex data centre projects across Europe within a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Building services engineering
- Previous experience (5 years minimum) in a similar role within a construction contracting environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a process plant install or water treatment facility
