Job Summary
Join a dynamic team as a Mechanical Millwright, where you will be responsible for performing daily rounds on equipment, tackling mechanical delays, and executing repairs within the mill. Your role will involve driving down maintenance costs through proactive work, tracking inventory parts, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have at least a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. A positive attitude towards teamwork and safety, as well as the ability to work in various conditions, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills: Power Transmission, Hydraulics, Pneumatics
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude toward teamwork, safety, and quality
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime
- Must pass a mechanical assessment test
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Mechanical Technology
- Journeyman Millwright/Machine Repairman card
