Job Summary
Carry out general repairs, investigate and rectify faults, and complete scheduled maintenance to ensure the reliability of water recycling assets and mechanical plant. Perform planned and reactive maintenance on equipment installed at water treatment works, including pumps, gearboxes, and general mechanical and electrical systems. Utilize experience with mechanical control and telemetry systems to support the day-to-day operation of water recycling assets. Work within a collaborative team to protect the environment and serve local communities, with progression opportunities available for further training.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 or 3 (mechanical/engineering) qualification (or equivalent)
- Relevant apprenticeship
- Full UK driving licence
