Job Summary
Conduct general repairs, investigate faults, and complete scheduled maintenance on water recycling assets and mechanical plant at treatment works. Operate and maintain mechanical control systems, telemetry systems, pumps, gearboxes, and general mechanical/electrical equipment to ensure asset reliability. Perform both planned and reactive maintenance tasks while adhering to a 37-hour, five-day working pattern with some weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 or 3 (mechanical/engineering) qualification (or equivalent)
- completed a relevant apprenticeship
- full UK driving licence
