Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, equipment, and facility machinery. Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues while responding to emergency and unscheduled maintenance repairs. Read schematics, manuals, and work orders to repair or replace defective parts, and operate hand and power tools safely. Execute general maintenance duties including plumbing, carpentry, and property-wide repairs while maintaining a clean shop. Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions promptly. Provide friendly service to guests and team members. Requires 3+ years of experience, Universal HVAC Certification, and ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance or mechanical experience
- HVAC experience
- Universal HVAC Certification
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
