Job Summary
Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic breakdowns on process or process support machines/equipment. Follow prescribed procedures for preventative maintenance on process equipment. Dismantle, inspect, repair, adjust, or replace faulty parts. Reassemble and test equipment for safe and proper orientation. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area and log jobs and maintenance reports. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- 3 years or more of work experience as maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- proven work experience with inspection, repair, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, acceptance criteria and engineered drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
