Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead a team of four mechanical technicians and contractors to execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities, ensuring full compliance with Corbion's EHS standards and ISO management systems. Coordinate manpower, tools, and contractor resources for preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency work, including equipment installation, troubleshooting, shutdowns, and turnarounds. Raise purchase requisitions for spare parts, validate work orders in SAP/CMMS, and monitor maintenance KPIs to drive equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Provide mechanical expertise for root cause analysis and support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives within a complex chemical manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, energy, or related industrial environment
- Experience leading maintenance teams, contractors, or shift-based maintenance activities
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance programs
- Experience using CMMS platforms and SAP maintenance modules
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance, root cause analysis, or predictive maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and related management systems
