Job Summary
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer responsible for overseeing maintenance work orders from initiation to completion, analyzing equipment performance to reduce breakdowns, providing technical support to maintenance and engineering teams, maintaining equipment files, developing and implementing a computerized preventive maintenance system to minimize equipment failures, and collaborating with warehouse personnel to optimize inventory levels; requires proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD a plus; two+ years petrochemical/refining experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Two or more years of experience in a petrochemical or refining environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD experience a plus
- Self-motivated with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and MVR check
