Job Summary
Mechanical Maintainer to join the Mine Water Management / Dewatering Team at Yandicoogina Mine. Responsibilities include servicing diesel powered generators and gensets, carrying out scheduled dewatering maintenance in water bore fields, installing and servicing submersible and sump pumps, and performing general maintenance and breakdown repairs for water infrastructure. Maintain accurate inventory for dewatering spares, uphold Rio Tinto safety standards, foster continuous improvement, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Role tied to an 8 days on/6 off FIFO roster with fly-in, fly-out from Perth or Busselton airports; located ~95 km NW of Newman, WA. Requires Mechanical Trade Qualification and a Manual C-class Australian driver’s licence (HR desirable). Full relocation provided to Pannawonica.
