Job Summary
Assemble mechanical components and systems using tools and equipment per specifications in a manufacturing environment. Ensure parts fit correctly and join, fasten, and connect components while handling electrical wiring for motors, control panels, sensors, and switches. Report incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections and record daily production on Duro Dyne forms. Troubleshoot and diagnose assembly issues, document modifications or defects, and load raw materials as needed. Work independently or as part of a team, reading drawings and wiring diagrams in English. Requires high school diploma, 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, and ability to work 10-hour days, four days a week, with overtime eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read/write
- Must be able to read/write drawings and wiring diagrams in English
- Must be able to use wire cutters, crimpers, screw drivers, & electric drills
- Must be able to operate an electrical wire soldering tool
- Must be able to work 10 hours days 4 days a week
- Must be able to work OT
- Must be in good physical condition
- Must have good eye/hand coordination
- Must be able to lift up 20 lbs. routinely
- Must be able to sit stand and/or bend for long periods of time
- Use of one or both feet or legs to move controls on machinery or equipment
- Holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1-2 years manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience
