Job Summary
Project Journeymen SteamFitter-Plumber sought to join a project team. Responsibilities include installation of mechanical equipment and piping, performing installations, repairs and system modifications per drawings, supporting commissioning and start-up activities, reading blueprints/specifications, maintaining documentation, and working on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects in the GTA and surrounding areas. Emphasis on safety, adherence to quality procedures, professional representation on job sites, and mentoring indentured apprentices while coordinating with supervisors, contractors, consultants, and clients. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work independently or in a team, and commitment to safety; Ontario Driver's License and RCMP clearance status are noted. Required Qualifications
- Certificate of Qualification 306A or 307A (required)
- Member in good standing with UA Local 46
- Valid Ontario Drivers License with a clean driving record
