Job Summary
Develop, implement, and maintain the mechanical integrity program for pressure vessels, piping systems, and storage tanks at the Charles City site. Plan and oversee inspections including non-destructive testing, visual assessments, pressure tests, and thickness gauging to ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and ASME standards. Analyze inspection data to identify trends, evaluate corrosion rates, and drive improvements in asset reliability and safety. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to execute repairs, manage corrective actions, and provide technical guidance on mechanical integrity best practices. Facilitate failure analysis investigations and maintain comprehensive documentation in CMMS for audits.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with ASME, ANSI, and OSHA standards
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- applicable experience in mechanical integrity
- 5 years experience with NDE methods and techniques used to support mechanical integrity programs
