Mechanical Inspector

Inspect HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical equipment installations to verify compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, codes, and quality standards. Review pressure testing, flushing documentation, and contractor quality records while witnessing startup and testing procedures. Monitor corrective actions for identified deficiencies, conduct punch list inspections, and coordinate with contractors and project management. Maintain inspection reports and quality records to support commissioning, mechanical completion, and project turnover. Requires a technical degree, five years of mechanical construction inspection experience, and knowledge of HVAC and piping systems. Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office, and Procore proficiency are required.
