Mechanical Inspector

Mechanical Inspector at AECOM responsible for reading and understanding contract documents, drawings, specifications and health and safety measures; ensuring contractor compliance with standards via observation, measurements, testing, and QA progress tracking; maintaining records of contractor manpower and equipment; conducting site supervision and inspections as directed by Resident Engineer/Assistant Resident Engineer; documenting personnel, equipment, locations and methods; reporting on materials delivery and site instructions; applying site quality controls and procedures; preparing site measurements and surveying checks; monitoring conformance to quality, performance, and code requirements; and monitoring health and safety. Requires a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a relevant degree and 5-7 years of building construction experience. Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location is required.
