Job Summary
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, conduct preventative maintenance on chillers, rooftop units, air handling units, hot water pumps, boilers, and burners, and perform combustion tuning. Service a wide variety of industries including heavy industrial, commercial, schools, healthcare, and food plants while engaging directly with customers. Operate on a rotating on-call schedule and travel to locations in Stevens Point and surrounding areas. Maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles and adhere to safety protocols in a fast-paced construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical HVAC Service Technician
- 5+ years of experience
- owner-direct service work
- universal Refrigerant certification
