Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects across federal and institutional sectors as Mechanical HVAC Engineer or Electrical Engineer – Project Manager. Drive the full lifecycle from concept to completion, managing scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance; oversee design development, quality assurance, and regulatory adherence; coordinate with subconsultants and internal stakeholders; mentor junior engineers; foster client relationships and lead business development initiatives. Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project; travel to project sites and meetings as required; contribute to strategic pursuits and cross-office collaboration on mission-critical facilities, healthcare, higher education, laboratories, and secure facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- 8+ years of experience managing engineering design projects
- Demonstrated experience with federal, institutional, healthcare, or higher education projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project
- Willingness to travel for project sites and client meetings
