Job Summary
Lead mechanical projects as Foreman for Power Design, overseeing assigned scope, coordinating with the Superintendent and trades to manage materials and manpower, and driving high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Utilize company-provided technology (iPad/smartphone) to track progress and deliverables. Travel to the 16,000-square-foot training facility in St. Petersburg, FL for customized courses. Mentor and supervise field personnel, ensuring timely completion of multimillion-dollar projects. Require knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE, and local codes; OSHA 30 preferred; journeyman or master license preferred; strong English communication and basic computer skills. Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Active journeyman or master license preferred
- Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Must have basic computer and writing skills
