Job Summary
Mechanical Foreman to lead and oversee mechanical scopes on projects with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include working with the project Superintendent and trades to manage material and manpower, enforcing safety/quality standards, leveraging technology (iPad/smartphone) to ensure timely delivery and exceed customer expectations, and supervising, mentoring, and motivating employees. Facilities experience with HVAC/plumbing leadership is preferred. OSHA 30 certification is preferred; active journeyman or master license is preferred. Knowledge of IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE standards, local codes, and construction safety requirements is required. English proficiency and basic computer/writing skills are required. Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path
- Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects
- Active journeyman or master license preferred
- Proficient knowledge of the IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Must have at least basic computer and writing skills
