Mechanical Foreman (Job performer)

Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance and construction activities on EPC projects in Dubai/UAE, coordinating manpower, tools, equipment, and materials; ensure permits are obtained and upheld; conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety; review work packs, drawings, method statements, and risk assessments; monitor piping installation, static equipment, rotating equipment, flange management, hydrotesting, and mechanical completion; verify quality against project specs and client standards; coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, QA/QC, and HSE; identify hazards and report risks; prepare daily progress reports and participate in pre-job and safety meetings; support engineering with drafting and design-related tasks.
