Job Summary
Conduct field installation and QA/QC for solar mechanical scopes including string lines, pile installation/remediation, tracker components, and module staging. Independently train others on complete mechanical scopes and assist with technical aptitude tasks. Perform physical duties such as lifting 50+ pounds, stooping, and bending while adhering to safety protocols in all weather conditions. Maintain timely documentation of field decisions and reporting on Tier Boards and production tracking. Work outdoors at project sites across the United States, embodying core principles of planning, communication, and collaboration within a mission-driven EPC team.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
- Meets expectations with timely documentation of field decisions and reporting, such as Tier Boards and Production Tracking
- Must be able to train others on at least 1 complete Mechanical Scope (Piles, Tracker, Mods)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on construction projects preferred
