Job Summary
Lead mechanical installation projects by planning conveyor layouts, installing structural steel, and assembling conveyor sections for on-site deployment. Coordinate daily work assignments, supervise installation crews, and conduct tool box talks to ensure safety compliance and documentation. Perform equipment detailing, validate mechanical assemblies, and resolve technical issues to confirm accurate function before commissioning. Manage 100% travel to customer sites across the United States using a personal vehicle, requiring a valid driver's license and OSHA 30 certification. Base pay ranges from $60,400 to $83,050.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience installing and/or maintaining conveyor or material handling equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Travel 100% to customer sites across the United States, using your personal vehicle
- Ability to lead small to intermediate groups of teams composed of a diverse set of backgrounds and capabilities
- Ability to detect and resolve technical issues with existing systems and/or work being performed
- Will need to acquire OSHA 30 certification upon hire
